証明できるＩＤがあれば、使えると思うのですが。

この場合、

If I have ID ,Can I use a discount ?

というのでしょうか？ＵＳＥではなく違う動詞を使うのですか？

If I have an ID with me, can I receive a discount?

If I have an ID with me, could you give me a discount?

useを使うのであれば、

If I have an ID with me, can I use this coupon/voucher? 　

Using the article ’an’ before ID is not correct. The sentence should be: "If I show you ID(short for identification), can I use this coupon?" or, "If I show you my ID, could you give me a discount?"
