face　て言うと、顔の構造自体よりも「ある一面」てカンジがするんだけど。。

ちょっと前にuniqueという単語を授業で習いました。
uniqueは良い意味での変わってるという意味なので、別に使っても変じゃないと思います。 　

unique というのは、確かに良い意味で「唯一無二の」とか「他に似たようなものがない」という意味の単語ですが、人間の顔に使うと（言いたいことは分かりますが）少し不自然な感じがします。なぜなら、「唯一無二の顔、他に似たものがないような顔」というのは、あまり良いイメージはないですよね。

「個性的な顔」というのは、どこにでもあるような顔ではなくて、その人のキャラクターが滲み出ているような顔か、もしくは、顔の造作自体が普通の人とは違う（岩のような顔をしているとか、一度見たら忘れられないような顔をしてるとか）ということでしょうか。

私なら、unique を使うなら、unique appearance と言うように、顔という言葉を使わないと思います。appearance であれば、顔を中心として容姿とか風貌という意味になるので、顔のつくりだけではなく、全体的に unique という意味になって、良い意味で他の人と違った容姿を持った人というイメージになります。

Sometimes it would be very strange to translate something you want to say from japanese directly to English. The reason is we don’t just say that in english. That’s why no matter how you translate it it would still be wierd.

Let me give you an example, in Japan, you say Ittekimas. Which really means = I’ll be back.
But you don’t want to translate into English and say,
I am going in order to come back.

So to answer your question,

in English, I would say " A guy’s look is very important to me. I don’t like a feminine face. I like a more masculine look--someone who has his own unique style too"

Not " im going in order to come back."

Plus "個性的な顔” doesnt mean "masculine look with his own unique style"
it could be masculine look, could be feminine face, could be ugly face, could be cool look too. it totally depends on what the speakers idea is.

just like the word "regular" doesnt have a fixed definition.

the opposite meaning of 個性的な顔　is "regular look" which doesnt make sense at all either.

the bottom line is "Do not even think about translating it. just describe your preference more in detail because the word個性的な顔 itself doesnt have a fixed definition"
