だということを言いたいのですが、
後半は
she doesn’t care or respect my life.
という感じで良いかなと思いますが、前半はどう言ったら良いでしょうか。
力を貸してください。

She always says whatever she wants to say and she just doesn’t seem to care that I do have my own life as well and she needs to respect that.
日本語と違いますが、意味合いはあっていると思います。
彼女が勝手であるとか、わがままと言いたいのであれば、回りくどいい方をせず、
She is selfish (またはself-centred) and I am tired of it.
という言い方でも、十分通じます。
