I don’t think we have such a thing in English, because we don’t stay in a stressful job like Japanese. We quit.
Perhaps you can say "you are doing good job" when he complains about his job.
But personally, I don’t complain about my job in front of my girlfried/wife.

Have a wonderful day at work

So why does she know his job is tough? That’s because he complains about it, right?

レス2じゃないですけど、「大変だけど頑張ってね」というのは「I understand that you are working hard。

Thank you for your advise. Maybe I should have put some context or occasion in which I wanted to say the words. But I appriciate your response. Thanks again.

Thank you for your understanding. All things that you mentioned were exactly what I wanted to mean. I should have wrote some contexts or occasion. Difference of the culture is the diffrence of languages...I really understand that aspect. Anyways, I appriciate your advise. Thanks a lot.

I honestly think Res.1 is not a Canadian at all.
We all the same human being, we also complaint more than you can imagine.
Your job sounds challenging(tough) but I’m sure all your hard work is appreciated.
You did a great (wonderful) job today
I appreciate your hard work today
