Could you please call me back in 10 minutes? それとも
Could you please call me back after 10 minutes? でしょうか？

Either will be understood; but ’Could you call back after 10?’ would more likely mean after 10 o’clock.
Some of these expressions follow the style of comic strips and TV shows, so they change, suddenly, and interestingly.

e.g. i will be back in ten minutes
• after 10 minutes
確実にこの１０分は応対できないので、それ以後に。なのでafterを使う時はたいがい時刻を設定することがまれ。

締められた後に恐縮ですが、この場合でしたら
Could you please call me back 10 minutes later?
が適していますよ。"in 10 minutes"ですと、Res.4さんも書かれている様に「10分以内またはそのくらいに」と受け取られます。
