電池が切れた!や電球が切れた!ってどうやって言えばいいですか?
バッテリー is gone. これだとなんだか車のバッテリーって感じでだし。
ライボー is gone. でも多分通じると思うけど、なんか違う感じ?
burn out を使いたいけど、どう使っていいかわからないんです。
たとえば
暗くない?電気つければ? と聞かれ 電球きれてるんだ。
と言うときは
IT burn out.
電球がきれるから、買ってきて。
ライボー burn out . so , go buy it.
( 簡単なことですいません。こんな感じであってるんですか?)

"The lightbulb burnt out, so go buy a new one."
You can also say, "The light burnt out, so go buy a new one."
Since it in past tense, you need to use "burnt" instead of "burn."
Also if you say, "go buy it," native speakers will think that "it" means the burnt out lightbulb. So they will think you want them to buy the old burnt out lightbulb instead of a new one.
これで分かりますか。

Oh God Adam,
Come on man! What dumb ass "NATIVE SPEAKER"or (English as a 1st Language) person would think that "IT" means the burnt out lightbulb, and who the hell would be dumb enough to want to go buy a burnt out lightbulb instead of a new one? Where do they sell burnt out bulbs anyway?

Haha Anna, you are right.
I really didn’t explain that well.
I meant to say that to phrase a sentence that way would make it somewhat ambiguous.
I didn’t mean to say that people would be unable to guess what was originally intended.
Sorry about that.

Also, just so you know, the term "Native Speaker" is more universal than you may believe.
Regarding another post you made, what dumbass Canadian won’t understand, "Are you a native English speaker?"
