Does anyone out there have an interest in studying English?
Or does everyone think just because you are in Canada there is no need to actually
study English because you will simply learn by osmosis?
I taught in Japan and can tell you that the people who speak English really well go to a tutor religiously and regularly.
It makes sense right?
If you think so please contact me, I can help you improve your English.
And if you are wondering, there is no charge.

I will consider if you can rewrite your post in academic level.
Your English sounds broken and very Japanese, it doesn’t sound as smooth as you think.

エクスチェンジやチューターならともかく、単に他人の英語を無料で向上させたがってるなんて怪しすぎる。

I am just wondering...why are you not charging a fee for tutoring English?

To be frank there isn't a lot of interest among ESL speakers in paying for tutoring, at least in my experience on this platform.
Even if I were to charge, the money is quite low and wouldn't act motivation for providing a lesson.
However, I do like interacting with people who are keen on learning Enlgish. Additionally, it is satisfying to be to be able to help people improve...even for no charge.

やめてくれ〜英語使ってるやつ!
いったいどこで生まれてどこで勉強してきたの?
native Englishからほど遠いよ。
英語教えたいなんて恥ずかしいからやめてくれ。
