 		Mature, serius, looking for language exchange partner

I am a beginner in Japanese, and have to travel to Japan in August for business. I would like to learn the basics of the language, as well as any tips for me on how to get around, etc. I can either pay, or offer language exchange in return. I would prefer to meet at least once a week, ideally more often.
