Present Simple ESL is pleased to introduce a semi-private, six-week, intensive grammar course with a maximum of four students per class.

This class is perfect for students who feel lost in the large classes at language schools, but don’t want to pay the high price of private tutoring!
このクラスは語学学校などの大規模なクラスで、うまく馴染めない…でも個人レッスンは値段が高くて…という方にピッタリです！

• Placement testing will help determine your level and familiarize you with the format of the testing. This test will take place at the time of enrollment, before the course begins.
・クラス分けテストがあなたのレベルを査定すると同時にテストの形式に慣れるための役割を果たします。このテストはコースが始まる前、登録の際に行われます。

• We will have a free interview/information session to discuss the course, answer your questions, look at the textbook, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
・私たちは無料の面接、インフォメーションセッションを設けております。コースについてのお話、教科書の閲覧、またあなたが私たちのオファーに関して快適であるかを確認していただけます。

• There are no enrollment fees.

• Classes take place three times a week; two hours each class plus a 15-minute break, and you will have two to three hours of homework after each class.
・クラスは週3回です。ひとクラス2時間で15分間の休憩時間をはさみます。毎クラス後には、2~3時間のホームワークがあります。

オックスフォード大学プレス出版の”Grammar Sense Series (グラマーセンスシリーズ)は、講義を基にした文法のシリーズで生徒のために英文法を分かりやすく説明してあるので、使いやすくてオススメです。

Grammar Sense enables students to communicate with ease and clarity as they develop a natural sense of how, when, and why English speakers use grammatical structures as they do.
グラマーセンスは、実際の英語のネイティブスピーカーがどのように、いつ、どうして特定の文法の構造を用いるのかを生徒達に明確で分かりやすく理解させ、そして自然な感覚で正しい英語を使いコミュニケーションをとれるように手助けします。
