以前、こちらで、掲題の件のレターのフォーマットをダウンロードできるHPを教えてくださってたトピを見たことがあるのですが、探し出すことができません。どなたかご存知の方いらっしゃれば、教えていただきたいのです。よろしくお願いします。

これは、両親のどちらかが同行せずに子供を連れてカナダ国外に出る際に、同行しない親が、同行する親に子供を連れて行くことを許可する手紙の例です。

この例に沿って手紙を完成させ、弁護士または、Ｎｏｔａｒｙ　Ｐｕｂｌｉｃ（公証人）の前でサインするこによって公証することをお薦めします。同行する親がこの手紙を子供のパスポートとともに必ず携帯してください。

これはカナダ入国の際にイミグレで聞かれれば提示必要です。
もうすでに帰ってきてるのに〜〜といつも思いますがね。
