Sorry, I dont have the access to the Japanese,, but I want to say something..
I really understand what you feeling, I felt the same way.
The matter of rasing up child, in my experience I think when he or she is very little, and thinking about put into the daycare,, Japanese public daycare is awesome. They have nutrician, certisfied cook to provide such a good food, big playground...the quality of their care is can not compare with
Canadian daycare. My son went both Japanese and Canadian, I sometimes get flustrated with Canadian daycare.
But after daycare time,,means when kid get older like grade 1 or 2 or 3....Canadian kids are cuter, and more like kids.
In Japan, even elementaly kids have their cell phone, game boy,etc and brought to the park..I dont agree kids have those staff and playing with them in the park. It is not healty.
That is why i decided came back to Canada, eventhough I lost my good job in Japan. I dont regret my decision about the environment we can give him to my kid. But we have to be very careful choosing school and where you live in Canada.
i am sorry it is getting long...but you have to make yourself happy, and after you have a child, you have to make the child happy!!
I hope you can make a good decisiton yourself.
wising you a good luck.
