サレーのコロナ件数が多く感じられるのは、サレー市が積極的に情報公開しているからだと公務員の旦那が愚痴ってました。

バンクーバー市は集団感染したり追跡に失敗した時のみ公開し、コロナの発生場所は原則未公開らしいです。
とくにダウタウンイーストサイドやホームレス関連の感染は職員に緘口令が敷かれて報道もされないとか。

サレーにはたくさんのインド人が住んでいます。

インド人はサレーの代表です。

今 インド本国ではコロナウィルスが 大爆発に流行していて あっという間に世界第２の感染国になってしまいました 。

この夏入国規制が緩和されpermanent resident でなくても家族ならカナダに入国できるようになったため、
たくさんの感染したインド人が インド本国からカナダの家族に会いに来たのでしょう。

だからサレーにいま沢山のpositive 患者さんが出てきているのだと推測されます。

その多くは推測するにサレーに住んでいるインド人ではないのかなと。。。。

人口当たりの感染者数で見たらバンクーバーもサレーも大差はありません。
人口63万1500人のバンクーバー市だけで過去14日間に399人の陽性者が出ており、累計では1819件です。
人口は76万4100人のSouth Fraser(サレー、デルタ、ラングリー)は、過去14日で435人、累計1925件です。

Vancouver Coastal Health管轄の学校は、exposure listの公開をしていないそうです。Richmond やNorth ShoreもVancouver Coastal Health管轄ですね。Surreyは14校ありましたが、バンクーバーは実際どのくらいあるのか気になります。

差別ではなくただの考察だと思うのですが。実際本当にインド人の集まり多いですし、人種によってある種の傾向があるのは仕方ないですよね。最近はなんでも差別だって騒ぐ人が多いように思います。

結局はRes.3の通り、サレーは積極的に情報公開するが、

Vancouver Coastal Health管轄だからだと思います。exposure listの公開をしていないので、感染学校が見れないだけだと思います。

でもBC Provincial Health OfficerがVancouver Coastal Healthに対してprovincial standardに従うようにとコメントしていたので、そのうちexposure listも公開されるようになるんじゃないでしょうか？

VCHとバンクーバーに関しては、Tyeeの記事で恐ろしいことがさらっと書かれています。

　●　DTESでホームレスや施設職員の間でコロナ陽性の人が増えているが、バンクーバー市、VCHと関連団体は情報を隠して公表していない。
　●　ダウンタウンのホームレスに抗体検査を行ったら、想定より多くのホームレスがコロナに1度は感染していた。
　●　人の出入りが激しいWest Pubに10日間通い続けていた感染者がいたが、当初VCHは情報公開をしなかった。Tyeeが批判記事を書いたら、やっと"low-risk"としてホームページで公表した。

Vancouver Coastal Health declined to give The Tyee a list of all exposures in the neighbourhood. The authority also initially did not post information about the West Pub exposure on its website as it does with exposure events at other businesses.

After The Tyee published a story that included criticism of that decision from advocate Judy Graves, Vancouver Coastal Health reversed course and added the West Pub exposure, which it calls “low-risk” on its website.

これ、不思議に思ってた。感染者数が増える一方で過去最多記録を更新するくらいだったのにどうして基準緩和したんだろうって。

私のまわりでは、透明な鼻水や明け方だけの咳くらいで学校休ませてたら一生仕事に戻れない（涙）！って親もかなりいたので、そういう家庭のためかな？

そういう人のためにEIの新制度やCRBなどが始まると思ってたんだけど、借金が膨らみ過ぎて連邦政府から州にある程度は緩和しろって指令でも下ったのか…

しかも緩和して今週に入ったら急に新規感染者数が減ってて、作為的に感じるのは私だけ？

EIやCRBもらっておいて自分は家に、子供はちょっとくらい風邪気味でも学校に行きたがるから、って行かせてる親が近所にいます。最近日本のドラマにはまってるらしく、子供が家にいたらおちついて見れないって言っていました。はっきし言って最悪の部類だと思います。

ウエストバンクーバーのセンティネル高校の先生は自分の生徒に感染者がいたのに知らされなかったそうです。
陽性と診断された複数の生徒たちには隔離指示が出され、その生徒らがオンライン授業の事を先生に質問して、初めて生徒たちの間でコロナ感染者が出ていたのを知ったそう。
その先生は、自主的に検査を受けてコロナ陽性が確定したそうです。

Vancouver Coastal Health won’t publicly post all cases where exposure to COVID-19 has happened in schools – unless it's required to safeguard health or Dr. Bonnie Henry orders it to do so.

Lysyshyn said despite what Henry said in her press conferences, the Public Health Act does not allow authorities to share information unless that’s needed to prevent risk to others.

ＶＣＨは一体どこの誰のための機関なのでしょうか。

コロナが始まった当初、マスク着用に関しては個人の自由というスタンスだったのに、ＶＣＨだけは「マスクは意味ない」、「マスクをしている人たちは医療機関のマスク供給を妨げる悪人」だと旗を振って呼び掛けていました。
バンクーバー・スクールボードもマスクは肌荒れの原因になると着用に反対していました。

ＶＣＨはいまだバンクーバーのホームレスに感染者はいないと断言し、個人情報を理由に学校やレストランでの接触リストを公表していません。
コロナ追跡が成功したら公開しないと言っていますが、ＶＣＨがお店やレストランで接触した人全員に連絡を取れるわけがありません。

ウェスト・バンクーバーの学校では生徒間の感染が確認されたのに、ＶＣＨや学校は情報を公開せず、受け持ちの先生には連絡が行きませんでした。
その先生はコロナで隔離されたと生徒達から聞いた後、自主的にＰＣＲ検査を受けて陽性と診断されました。
先生が無症状の状態で街中を出歩いて感染を広げてしまう可能性も十分にありえました。

サレーなどを管轄しているフレイザーヘルスは、コロナ陽性と診断された人数こそ多いですが、入院患者数と死者数はＶＣＨより少ないです。
それにくらべて、ＶＣＨは陽性と診断された人が少ないものの、入院患者数と死者数は多いです。

居住人口もフレイザーの方がＶＣＨより多いので説明がつきません。
ＶＣＨやＶＣＨ管内のスクールボードは生徒や住民の安全を考えて行動しているとは到底考えられません。

まったく感染者情報が出ない。どこかの老人施設だとか一部だけ出すのはなぜでしょうか？死者何人超えたら出すとかあるんでしょうか？？

フレーザーヘルスは、アッボッツフォードやサレーなど、車社会な町を請け負っています
軽度な症状が出た時点で住人たちはドライブスルーPCR検査を受けているのでしょう

バンクーバーは重症化したり緊急搬送されてから初めてPCR検査を受ける人の割合が多いのではないかと思います
PCR検査の待ち時間が長いのと、車を持っている家庭が少なく、バスで検査場には行けないのでハードルが高くなります
軽度な症状の人はタクシー代を払ってまで検査には行きませんし、検査場でほかのコロナ疑惑の人と一緒に待たされるのも嫌だと思います

フレーザーヘルスは透明性を重視して exposure情報を公開しているので、VCHと比べるとコロナが多いように感じてしまいますが、VCHは exposure情報を公表しないのでコロナがバンクーバーのどれだけの学校に蔓延しているのかは一般市民にはわかりません

VCHのホームページにコロナ接触者の追跡が出来なかった学校が5校追加されましたが、いずれもexposureから１週間経っています
いまだにVCHは生徒や教師間の感染が確認された学校のみの公表する方針だそうです

甥っ子の学校では、先々週から感染者が出たと噂が出ていたのですが、学校からのお知らせは無かったので両親はあまり気にしていませんでした。結局はPro-D Dayの日のニュースで感染者が２週間前にいたことを知り、学校への不信感から子供を自宅待機にさせています。

隣接した学区域にある娘の学校でも、先週からコロナ感染者が出たとの噂が立っており、Pro-Dの前とくらべると児童数が減った気がします。感染が起きるのは仕方ないですが、情報があがってこない事に不安を掻き立てられています。

なぜ小学校はあるんでしょうか？？？？

シンプルに疑問です。

Publicの場所で感染して学校で感染率が低いというのはどこからその考えが来るんでしょうか？？？

全く同感です。
室内で集まるのは禁止、室内でのフィットネスクラブやダンスも2週間禁止になりましたね。

学校は安全だから大丈夫。。

これって単純に世の中の動きを止めない為だけな気がします。
子供達が学校に行けないと(特に小学生位)家で留守番ができない以上親も仕事に行けない。
この2週間でもっと酷くなるようなら学校も休みになるかもしれませんね。。ただフランスとかヨーロッパも学校は休みになっていないので最終手段かな。

学校で感染するって言うより、家庭内で感染してるみたいです。

昨日、子供(セカンダリー)の学校からschool exposure のメールが来ました．　とうとう来たかと言う感じです．

同僚が　close contaxtになったか、感染したかちょっとわからないですが、コロナ関係で2週間穴埋めに、臨時でそこのスポットに入ってくれと言われて、数人で今週穴埋めに行きます．私も行きます．コロナが身近になってきました。

絶対に重症化しないという確証はありませんが、いまのところBC州でICUに入院したり亡くなった子供はいません※

子供はコロナに感染しても無症状のことが多いのでが、コロナは無症状でも感染する事がわかっています
重症化率や死亡率は40〜50代から増えていくので、子供から教師、両親、祖父母への感染が一番の懸念だと思います
