子供の学校の校長先生に手紙を出さなくていけません。

そこで、宛名の書き方教えてください。

手紙の最初に書く宛名は、Dear (family name), それとも Ms. (family name),
どちらがいいのでしょうか？　両方とも間違ってますか？

お恥ずかしい話しですが、どうぞよろしくお願いします。

こんな感じがいいと思います。質問あったら教えてください。頑張って！

Cさんの英文は間違いではないかも、よみずらい。だがどう見ても日本人英語。
英文に日本人特有の癖がある。
それにしても、トピ主さんは宛名の書き方をきいて、例文はきいてないです。

宛名ですが、先生の敬称としてMr/Ms等は必要だと思います。

トピ主さんは宛名がしりたいだけなので、例文は必要ないと思いますが。
一つ例文が気になったので。

I am writingと始めずに、I would likeからで十分だと思います。
それが私には日本人英語の癖に感じます。
あくまで私の考えです。

Dearは「親愛なる」「敬愛なる」「大切な」など、いろいろなニュアンスが込められています。友人や家族のような親しい人にはもちろん、先生・恩師のような方へも尊敬の気持ちを込めて使います。
手紙の冒頭では、日本語の「拝啓」の役割もあります。
最初の宛名は、Dear.Mr〜　でOKだと思います。又はMs〜
、Mr.の後はフルネームでお願いします。
ありえない話ですが名前の前にteacherとかいてはいけません。

２つとも間違いというか、自然(よく使われる表現)でフォーマル。

普通　　if this is a problemは使わないと思います。　　　
それと　 phoning me or emailing meもあまり聞かない。
上のかたがかいている you can call or email me at〜 またはPlease call me　or email me〜

Elementryは本当にelementaryはずでした。急いで書いたのでただのspellingミスでしま。申し訳ありません。あれ以上の批判はよく分かりません。僕はカナダ生まれカナダ育ちカナダ人でビジネス業界の社会人です。その意味はべつにあたまがいいわけではないですが、英語はNativeぽくないのコメントは不思議です。
でも、僕は先生ではないから。

"write you" sounds American English to me, while "write to you" is British. I know that you were born and raised in Canada, though. What's your take on it?

To be honest I have never thought about it. I looked it up on google just now and some sites say that "writing you..." is more British. But then I also found this sample letter from the government of South Carolina that uses this form.

"I am writing you" may have come from British English but I don't think most people make that association these days when they see it or here it.

I also think it may depend on what comes after the expression. In my opinion "I am writing you to request 何々" sounds better than "I am writing to you to request何々".

Maybe there's an English teacher reading this who can provide more info than I can.

でも、他の方も指摘されている様に、Cさんは、カナダが長い人かもしれませんが、
マザータンは英語じゃない人の様な気がします。英語が丁寧過ぎる。
悪く言うと回りくどい感じです。他の言語を英訳した感じが強く出ています。
私自身、そう言う環境で育った人間なので、分かるんですよね。私も同じ指摘を受けます。

A good point you raised. You made me curious, too.

My quick search found a few hits on this topic. "Writing you" is more common in AE while "writing to you" is more in BE. But as you said, it does not seem to be a clear distinction between dialects and it can depend on what comes after this phrase.
