Hello,
How is everything with you and your family this morning?
I am very sorry I cannot write to you in Japanese.
Doctors, GP and MD said once many people from oriental countries experience SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder due to less sunshine days in Canada by comparing with their own countries.
Please kindly talk to your doctor how much Vitamin D and Magnesium you may take daily basis.
For a good night sleep, eating 3 kinds of mushroom such as Shiitake are effective.
For loss of hairs, eating Wakame, Konbu and other sea kelps are also effective.
For a body skin, soaking a bath tub for 20 minutes with Mediterranean Sea salt works wonder for skins.
Please stay outside for 30 minutes without a hat if you can for sunshine everyday.
For free English lessons, you can visit a church to help out its thrift shop for a couple of hours a day and visit an adult learning centre for drop in classes which are oftenly free supported by the Canadian Government.
For something to do, temples and church are great place to wonder around during their visiting hours. Local libraries have free seminars every week. If you have People's Law School near by in Toronto, during lunch time, there is a free seminar offered to anyone who is interested in a subject and sometimes coffe, tea and cookies are provided.
Have a wonderful day! Cheers!
Wishing you all the very best,
