バラの葉が伸びてきたと思った、虫食いのように所々を食われています。どんな対策があるでしょうか？

You spray it with detergent/water mixture. Just put a little bit of dish washing detergent in a spray bottle and fill it with water, then spray on the bud as well as leaves.

If it’s aphids, then plant Allysum (name of plant) as well, though the spray mentioned above should work. Allysum will prevent aphids from coming to your rose.

Also, don’t over water your rose. Otherwise you will make it weak, and your rose will be hit by bugs as well as mould, rust etc.
