I think you have better to put your coment at the other section since here is a section for people who want to talk about their love or dating.

If you are seriously looking for someone who will teach Kanji to you and learn English from you, then why don’t you put your inqure at the section called "英語はなしたい”?

I think it will help you and easy to find the one.
