仕事の掲示板に書こうか迷ったのですが、ここに書きます・・！

カバーレターに書くあて名（その店マネージャーの名前）が
わからない場合は to whom it may concern と書いたりしますが、
なるべくマネージャーの名前を事前に調べておいたほうが
好印象ということを聞きました。

すごく、小さくて細かいことなんですが・・・
電話で「カバーレターのあて名を書きたいので、マネージャーの
名前を教えてもらえないですか？」と聞くのと、
実際にお店に出向いて、同じようなことを聞くのと、
みなさんだったらどちらにしますか？

勉強不足でよくマナーのことがわかりません。
電話で聞くのは失礼でしょうか？

it would be nice if you know whom you send, however, that doesnt apply to every job openings out there.
what you can do the best...in the cover letter is... type : name of the company (if you know specific brunch name, should included that) and below their mailing address. To/Dear : Company name

AE Company : brunch name
1234 W Marine Dr.
Vancouver, BC, 1234G
Canada

To: Company Name

write down your body


That’s how you do. And of course you have to have header included your contact infomation(email, phone) or otherwise type below your name.

And some company would prefer no contact regarding of the position by the phone, emails. You just have to send out cover letter attached to your resume.

PS: sometime you dont even get their mailing address...so if they have webiste, check their website, usually they post their main office address or some kind. if not, use their online address as the mailing address.
