絶対にここだけは避けてください。

理由はキムというBBAオーナーにあります。
・朝9時ぐらい〜夜0時過ぎまで家にて、夜中なのに大音量でリビングで動画を見る

・とにかく汚い。風呂もトイレも食器も。
そして自分の部屋は自分で掃除するとしても、トイレなどを掃除したら理不尽に怒られ、キムが「私がするから勝手にするな」と言われるが、掃除しているところを見た事は一度もない。

・キムの英語はほとんど間違っていて、こちらが簡単な英語を使っても通じない。意思の疎通ができない。

・日中学校などで自分の部屋をロックしても、キムが勝手に部屋を入ってくる。「内見の人の為とはいえ、勝手に入ってくるのは違法」

・冷蔵庫もみんなで共用するけど、狭すぎる

・人の料理や買ってきた食材などに文句を言う

・掲示板には1ヶ月$750と書いてあるのに、月の途中で入ったら翌月の1日までは1日$40宿泊となり、ぼったくられる。

など他にも様々ありますが、とにかくこの家は絶対に来ないで下さい。
9割の人は1ヶ月で出て行きますし、家に帰りたくなくなります。
そして毎日ストレスの嵐です。

Definitely avoid this place.

The reason is because of the BBA owner Kim.
She is a very loud person and watches videos in the living room even though it's the middle of the night.

Kim's English is almost always incorrect, and even when we use plain English, he cannot communicate with us. It is impossible to communicate with him.

I have locked my room at school on Sunday, but Kim comes into my room without my permission. It is bad manners to enter a room without permission, even if it is for a visitor.

I share a refrigerator with everyone, but it's too small.

She complains about people's cooking and the food they buy.

The board says $750/month, but if you join in the middle of the month, you are charged $40/day until the 1st of the following month, and you get ripped off.
