Did you just port a number in?
It sounds like you have ported your number in but it did not complete probably because you did not recieve and reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it on your old sim card.
Put your old sim card back in as it will still be working and your voicemail may be full now.....you can use it until the morning when you can contact customer support or call the telus porting department number with your old account # to reinitiate your port request and get the PAT again to reply YES. At that point you can put your pm sim card back in your phone and your port will complete in a few minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
