• To Metrotown in 25 minutes skytrain

Our family loves sports; we do badminton playing on a regular basis.
The rooms are perfect for BCIT, SFU students and international students or young workers who need a nice and clean place to live.
Tenants are to prepare their own meals.
All utilities included.
Free high speed internet and laundry facility.
Shared large kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms with urinal.
Students have their shared fridges that are separated from the host, ample space to store food and beverages. Water filtration system (hot & icy cold water) free to use.
Hardwood flooring finishes throughout.
No smoking, no parties, no kids. Smoking outside is okay.
We have one (1) room available on 1 August and onward at CAD$580 a month.
Deposit is required (Half of month rent).
Minimum 3 months stay. Short term rental period is available: 1 month rent at $610, 2 months' rent at $600.
We have different nationalities tenants and we only communicate in ENGLISH. We are sharing cleaning and some household work.
We have a Maltese cute small pet that will stay with us once or twice a week.
We are looking for nice, clean, respectful and responsible tenants.
