現在フルタイムで働いていますが、休憩時間がなく(休憩は無給なので、タダ働き)残業代を申請してもおりませんでした。
マネージャーに残業代が入ってなかったとEmailをしましたが、口頭で他の人にも払ってないので、あなたにだけ払ったら、不公平だからと言われました。
またベネフィットが3ヶ月後の観察期間の後に、(歯科保険など)頂けるはずなのですが、入社して5ヶ月経った現在も加入されていません。
政府の機関に連絡したところオンラインからコンプレインを申請してと言われました。
自分としてはすぐにでも転職したいのですが、上記の条件でEIを貰うことは可能でしょうか？(就活中の生活費が心配な為)

You may be entitled to Employment Insurance (EI) regular benefits if you:
were employed in insurable employment;
lost your job through no fault of your own;
have been without work and without pay for at least seven consecutive days in the last 52 weeks;
have worked for the required number of insurable employment hours in the last 52 weeks or since the start of your last EI claim, whichever is shorter;
are ready, willing and capable of working each day;
are actively looking for work (you must keep a written record of employers you contact, including when you contacted them).

５カ月では無理です。

政府の機関とはどこですか？労働時間やお給料などの「コンプレイン」はレイバーボードでしょうけど、サービスカナダは仕事のベネフィットのことまで相談にのってくれましたっけ？

仕事を辞めて、ROEをもらってストレートにEIを申請したら無理でしょう。辞めた理由に「Quit」とされたらそれまでです。

支給されていない分の残業代はレイバーボードに申し出るともらえると思います。
証明になるもの（労働した時間を記録したものや休憩なしだったこと）が必要になると思います。
