久しぶりにRoyal Bankの口座をWebで見たら、BR TO BR 5654 と書いてあり、
約$350ほど落ちてました。

これは何なんでしょうか？

自分だけの口座？ジョイント？もしジョイントなら銀行に聞く前にパートナーに聞かないとね。いろんなことが考えられるけど、チェックの支払、ローンの支払いじゃないのは確実。ATMで現金を出したときの手数料込みの金額、もし海外で使ったら手数料込み換算後の額、E-transferだったり。今自分のステートメントを見てるわけじゃないからあいまいだけど、公共料金のオンラインの支払い、クレジットカードの支払いもそんな風かも？

As of June 2nd 2017 I had 1037.56$ in my savings account and everything was good. On June 7th there was an unauthorized "BR TO BR - 5654" transaction which took exactly half the money in my savings account away which was 518.78$. I called RBC and they are looking into this but still do t fully understand what type of transaction it is.
The second unauthorized transaction was today this one I don't know what it is either. I was paid 779.50$ today at about 12pm and then 2 hours later the exact amount was withdrawn with the description reading "DEBIT MEMO" bringing me back down to 518.78 since the last transaction.
At the end of this I am a little shaken give there were 2 unauthorized transactions in like under 3 weeks and I don't really know what to do but wait. I was going to ask if anyone can explain to me what the second transaction was and honestly if I should switch banks.

そういえば私もTDで身の覚えのないワイヤートランスファーがあり、それは銀行側が気がついたようで勝手に差し引きされてました。
上の方のように間違った金額を引かれて、再度問い合わせして正しい金額を入れ直してもらいました。

こっちの銀行、日本とは比べ物にならない位、いい加減です。

上の方の情報と同じ"BR TO BR - 5654" ですし、トピ主さんも銀行に問い合わせてみたらいいですよ。

ロイヤルバンクはカナダで一番大きいといわれている、しかし手数料が一番高い。
おまけにミスが多い

一度日本から来た500円の小切手、ロイヤルバンクで手数料50ドル取られた、爆弾仕掛けようかと思った。
私ならほかの銀行に変えます。
