移民、アラサーが語学学校を探しています。
色々調べたのですが、ダウンタウンに語学学校が集中しているようですが、どこも若い人が多いようで尻込みしています。
移民向けのELSA、スクールボードなどのプログラムは、時間的に難しく出来れば短期集中型、数ヶ月のクラス、またスピーキングを強化してくれる学校を探しています。
移民割引きのある学校があれば尚、嬉しく思います。

移民ならこっちのレストラン（英語環境のみ）のキッチンで働いたほうが学校へ行くより英語の勉強にははなりますよ。なぜなら、聞き取って理解して返事をしないと仕事が出来ないからです。テストで高得点を取るのとは違う生きるための英語です。

同じ３ヶ月でも、ESLへ３ヶ月行くのと、聞き取らなきゃいけない環境で３ヶ月過ごすのでは、リスニングは格段に差がでます。（スピーキングはもっと時間がかかります）


自分も３０で来たんで、年齢がいってからの英語習得がどれくらい難しいか体験してます。
短期間でテストの点は上がりますが、スピーキング上達は数ヶ月では無理です。
(トピ主さんのレベルが分からないので、一概に言えませんが）

でも、かなり横になりますが、アラサーって、中年なんですか？？？？？

私も30才過ぎてこちらにきて、最初に普通の語学学校に行きました。
確かに年下が多かったですが、自分がとりたてて中年だと思ったことはありませんでした。
ただクラスにひとり、定年退職してきたというおじさんがいて、その人は周囲の人たちと共通の話題もなく、少し浮いていましたが。。。

あなたがもし30代前半までの年齢であれば、そんなに尻込みするほどのことではないと思いますよ。

というか、違った国で移民となっていろいろ学ぶスタート地点にいるのに、周囲が若いからというような単純な理由で（しかも年齢差は大してないのに）尻込みしちゃうなら、どんな勉強もできないですよ。

35歳なのでアラサー？アラフォー？微妙です笑。
日本で学んだ技術職を希望しており日系企業もあるのですが
できればカナダ人の企業で働いてみたいと思っています。
英語は、買い物や生活に不便は感じませんがクライアントとの電話の対応や
オフィスでのやり取りに必要な英語力がありません。
来年春までに就職出来ればと希望しています。

短期間で英語が出来るとは思っていませんが、短期集中型な性格です。
LCCのような移民への割引の学校は他にございますでしょうか。

現在、ISS（http://issbc.org/）の新移民のための無料の英語クラスに通っています。

年齢はあまり気にすることはないと思います。私は40歳です。50代、60代のクラスメートもたくさんいます。

私が通っているクラスは、LINC（Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada）の一般英語クラスです。

LINCには、一般英語クラスの他に、ビジネス英語（英語対応の仕方など）を教える「LFE(LINC for Employment)」というクラスもあります。
