Learn the tricks of making miso! Participants will see demonstrations of making miso. Sample miso will be tasted in-class and Participants will receive a live "baby miso" to take home. It will be ready to eat approximately in 2 to 3 months. Recipes and a kit for making miso at home will be provided.
• Miso making demonstration from soybean
• Miso workshop (what is miso and koji, health benefit and how to make miso soup etc.)
• Variety of miso soup and miso dish tasting
• Premixed Baby Miso (You can enjoy taking care of 'the baby' at home, and it will be
ready to eat approximately in 2 to 3 months)
• 5LB Miso homemaking Ingredient set (organic rice koji, natural salt, easy-to-follow
recipe, and demonstration of all steps) *beans are not included. You can choose and
obtain your own favorite beans such as regular soy bean, organic beans or chickpea etc.
