to start the basics are to avoid at all times Oil ( and all sorts of fat) and sugar ( and all products with added sugar ). Drink water or sparkling one only ... You allowed to drink 1 glass of wine time to time.
Finally you have to weigh yourself once a week... Try to do it same day same hour ...
Breakfast : Coffee or tea or non-sugary hot chocolate
50gr of plain bread or 50gr of plain muesli or 50gr of plain porridge
you can put 10 gr of butter on your toast
1 fruit ( except banana)
1 yoghurt ( Careful with no fat !!!)
if you want you can put some spice like cinnamon
if you want you can make a natural mixed fruit juice (max 150ml)
Lunch : crudeness with no sauce ( you can use some vinegar and spice or lemon juice )or seafood with no mayo
( avoid at the maximum the light product cause it's not very good for your health )
meat or poultry ( 120GR max), or fish ( 150gr max), or 2 eggs or unfat Ham ( 2 slices about 100gr)
veggies as many as you wish with spice and lemon but no sauce no fat = PLAIN
50gr of bread or 150 gr of starchy food ( you have to weight it raw so it's 50 gr raw makes 150gr cooked)
1 dairy product can be cheese ( 30gr max 2 times a week max) or a plain non fat yoguhrt,
1 fruit ( try not to eat banana) cooked or not or fruit compote without sugar
dinner : same thing except that you can eat a Veggie soup without starchy food in it ( no potato for example)
if you not use to eat that much at night avoid the bread or starchy food ...
