【仕事内容】
・温かくフレンドリーな態度でお客様をお迎えし、お席にご案内する。
・メニューを提示し、質問された場合は詳しい情報を提供する（ポーション、食材、食物アレルギーの可能性など）。
・ 注文を正確に受け、キッチンスタッフに伝える。
・質の高いサービスを提供しながら、料理や飲み物を迅速に提供する。
・ ゲストからの問い合わせ、苦情、リクエストにプロ意識を持って対応する。
・レストランのテーブル準備の補助をする。
・ ゲストの支払いを処理し、POSシステムを操作する。
・ テーブルの整頓や食器の片付けなど、ダイニングエリア全体の清潔を保つ。
・ 他のレストランサーバーやキッチンスタッフと協力する。

【応募資格】
- サーバーまたは接客業務の経験があることが望ましいですが、必須ではありません。
- テンポの速い環境で働ける方。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
- 親しみやすく、外向的な性格で、卓越したカスタマーサービスを提供することに情熱を注げる方。
- 土日祝日を含むフレキシブルな勤務が可能な方。
- 日本料理の知識や興味があれば尚可

Dingsway in Canmore is hiring fulltime/parttime servers.

About Us:
We are a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and a memorable dining experience. Our team takes pride in creating high-quality ramen and providing exceptional service to our guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as servers.

Job Description:
As a server, you will be responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient, and attentive dining experience for all guests. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
• Assist in preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Process guest payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge or interest in Japanese cuisine is a plus!
