Banffで12月末までお借りできる家具付きの部屋を探しています。
当方は女性1人、ペットはいません。
Banffでフルタイムの仕事をしており、仕事の都合で深夜に帰宅することが多いです。
引越しの準備に2ヶ月ほどかかるので、契約日の2ヶ月後からの入居になります。（例: 6月末までに内見・契約した場合、9/1入居）

以下の条件を満たす物件を希望しています。
・家賃$1000以下
・個室あり
・Banff downtown付近
・ハウスメイトが女性のみ（シェアハウスの場合）

全ての条件を満たさなくても構いませんので、何か情報がありましたらご連絡いただけますと幸いです！

Hi,
I'm looking for a furnished room in Banff that I can rent until the end of December.

I'm a single female with no pets.
I work full-time in Banff, and due to my work schedule, I often return home late at night.

Because I will need about two months to prepare for the move, I would be looking to move in approximately two months after signing a lease. (For example, if I view and sign for a room by the end of June, I would move in on September 1.)

I'm hoping to find a place that meets the following preferences:

Rent of $1,000/month or less
Private bedroom
Located near downtown Banff
Female housemates only (if it's a shared house)

Even if your place doesn't meet all of these criteria, I'd still appreciate hearing from you if you have any available housing or information.
