２人ルームメイト（女性）は部屋があり、私がリビングに住んでいる形ですがカーテンで仕切ることができるのである程度プライベートも守れるかと思います。ルームメイトは気さくで、一緒に勉強をしたり、カフェに行ったりと、楽しい時間を共有しています。
Expo/Millennium Line skytrainと99バスまで家から徒歩５分程度です。

Hi there,
The den/guest space is available in our very large apartment is available in our apartment; available from Dec until Feb 2025. Please read on carefully, as this is a unique set-up, and requires the right fit.

About Us/The Flat:

- The suite/flat is spacious (1200 sqf) and fully furnished pinterest/minimalist style, and we prefer to keep it that way.
- You will share the home with 1 or 2 really nice flat mates. (currently 2)
- There is a ton of space and privacy, so it never feels crowded.
- We are friendly, relaxed, and (very) clean roommates. And are looking for the same.
- We share tasks/chores, but take care of our own cleanliness for the most part. (The expectation is that you won't need to do the dishes in order to cook your own meal.)
- We do not have house-parties (but yes to small gatherings).
- We are working professionals, therefore we have always been timely with our rent, bills, etc.
- We have a lovely relationship with each other in the house; really great energy here.

What the offer includes:

- A large space w/ hardwood floors, bright, sunny, and spacious, done in Minimalist Mid Century Modern style.
-An opportunity to stay in the 'den'; this is a massive space that functions as a livingroom by day, and guest room by night. Although it is separated by a floor-to-ceiling curtain; it really does feel big, private, and cosy.
- The den has a day-bed, dresser, bedside table, lamp, coffee table, and some additional seating. It is furnished beautifully in pinterest style. (You have to see it to appreciate the set-up).
- Includes bedding, towels, etc.
-The house is fully equipped. (All you need to bring in is clothing and food basically:)
-In suite Washer/Dryer
-Street parking
-Adorable cat on site:) (sadly, we cannot take any more pets however)

The 'right fit' will be:

- Looking for temporary accommodations
- Coming with minimal belongings
- Okay with having your sleeping space transform into a living space during the day
- Okay with having a dresser and a hall closet for all of your clothing, etc.
- Working or studying, and is not at home 24/7
- Okay with sharing house duties (don't worry, they are minimal:)

*The location:
Centrally located in East Vancouver on Victoria drive, a short walk to the popular central transit hub, Commercial Drive Skytrain: (9, 99 B line, Expo Line, Millennium line, 10 minutes to downtown)
Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, internet, etc.

(1/2 month's deposit required.) This offer is for single occupancy only, on a month-month basis, with duration negotiable.

No lease required. This is a great option for travellers, or if you are in-between accommodations.

Basically we are looking for a responsible, reliable, adult (non-partyer) who is respectful of the space, and loves it as much as we do here.:)
