Hello! I am looking for a roommate to live in a one-bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown. Currently, the friend in the room will be returning to Korea at the end of November, so the move-in Date is December 1st. In the living room and den, there are two ladies living there, both of whom are quiet and tidy, so I Would be great to find someone who can match that lifestyle.

* Location - Burrard & Smith Street: It's the building where the Scotiabank Theatre is located. Burrard Skytrain: 8 minutes walk Robson, Granville: 5 minutes walk

* Grocery - IGA & Liquor Store directly across the street, and we are located between Hanam and Hma Rt. 10 minutes walk to Konbiniya.

* Unit - Includes a washer and dryer for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a rice cooker, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and all necessary Y Y kitchen utensils and dishes. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other two ladies. Internet, kitchen cleaning supplies, and cleaning products are provided (groceries, laundry detergen T, and toilet paper are to be purchased individually). Hydro costs are split 1/n if over $50/month.
