Looking for a roommate starting today at Downtown David & Hornby.

Solarium + Living Room: $1150 (if staying for 6 months or more, $1100)

There is plenty of storage space available even if you have a lot of belongings, as the room is spacious.

Living Room: $950 (if staying for 6 months or more, $900 - taken)

The deposit is half of the rent, and we are looking for one more person.

♡ There is 24-hour security on site, so mail can be received anytime.

♡ The building has amenities such as a gym, BBQ area, and swimming pool, making it a great place to live.

♡ High-speed internet (up to 2 gigabytes, which is 3-4 times faster than other places) is included, and hydro support is up to $50; any amount beyond that will be split equally.

♡ The apartment has built-in air conditioning and heating, so you won't need fans or heaters.

♡ There is a large Samsung washer and dryer in the apartment, which are clean and available for use anytime.

Currently, the two residents have known each other for a while as older and younger siblings, so we hope to look out for each other during our time in Canada. We are also considering outdoor activities like meals, picnics, or even trips together, so we prefer long-term residents.
