We are a friendly easy-going relaxed couple (English & Japanese speaking environment) in a clean/respectful living environment and looking for someone with a similar kind of personality. We are looking for a female student or work visa that can stay preferably 6 months or longer.



Your private one-bedroom has key-lock, clean& quiet, you have a larger private bathroom, and in-suite high capacity laundry/dryer. Single bed (new bed frame being installed/ see picture with usb charging station/LED lighting, has available storage space under bed), a large desk with desk light, chair, closet with organizers/hangers, floor lamp, IKEA shelf unit storage (will be set up for Dec 1st move-in), alarm clock, USB desk inputs for phone/laptop charging, a computer desk monitor for connecting a laptop. 



The main suite is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms on the top floor of a newer condominium. The suite faces south towards downtown with lots of natural light during the day and very peaceful/quiet side of the building during the day/night, less than 10 minutes' walk to an ocean park (Kings Mill and 2 Min to Haywood park), 25-minute walk to Lonsdale Quay, and close to many natural areas in North & West Vancouver. 



The address is in a busier area of North Vancouver on Marine Drive with convenience to a variety of amenities. Location is minutes away to many restaurants and grocery stores (Save-On-Foods, Walmart, Choices mar ket, Kin's Farm Market, Sungiven Asian Foods, Thrifty foods, Shoppers, Capilano Mall, Starbucks/Tim Hortons/Waves Coffee, TD, BMO, CIBC, RBC banks, and many fitness facilities in the area to name a few, all within minutes away by walk and very convenient for everyday living. 



The bus stops are all within a few minutes of walking distance, located on a busy bus route: 

Bus #240 #241 to Downtown (takes15 to 20 min) 4 buses running at peak hours during morning/evening every hour 

Bus #R2 Express #255 to Park Royal/West Vancouver. (takes 10 minutes)

Bus #239 #236 to Lonsdale and Lonsdale Quay (less than 10 minutes)
