This is a comfortable, clean, and friendly house and we are currently looking for a Female roommate (student or working holiday person) who is respectful, responsible, and clean.

Utilities included: laundry machines (in-suite washer/dryer) and detergents, high-speed WIFI, hydro, heat, and hot/cold water.

kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared.

It is close (1-minute walking distance) to Metro Town Sky train station, the popular Metropolis shopping mall, Burnaby Public Library, recreation/sports Centre, the main bus loop, and many cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Rent: $650 + half damage deposit
No smoke, No pets, No parties
No takeover
Minimum stay 4 months (after that will be Month to Month)
