We are looking for a female tenant to rent 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom laneway house starting October 1st.

Current tenants are 1 Japanese male and 1 Japanese female. Our ideal roommate is another female as you will be sharing a shower with 1 other female.

We are on Rupert st and 51st ave in Killarney. By transport we are 10 minutes to metrotown and 30 minutes to downtown.

Rent is 800 a month before utilities which are divided among the house. You will share a shower with another person but will have your own toilet room to store your toiletries.

Occasional get togethers are allowed but no weekday parties or late night noise.

There is a free parking space on the property that is protected with a gate.

We are seeking a clean, responsible, non-smoking female professional or student who can live in the house for a minimum of 6 months.
