I'm looking for a room where I can live from October 1st. The room is preferable with a door and the rent fee under $ 900.タイトルの通りですが、１０月１日より入居可能のお部屋を探しております。シェアハウスなど、形態は問いませんが、living room 以外のもの、かつ家賃800ドル台のものを探しております。厳しい条件であることは存じておりますが、どうぞよろしくお願いします。

Hello,
I came across your post here on the JPCanada bulletin. Our rent is CA$900 per month which includes utilities, internet, and shared laundry.
The room is part of three bedrooms in this basement suite. Two of the rooms are occupied by my wife and myself, and my wife's cousin.
The room that is being rented is private. We respect privacy and maintain a quiet and clean environment at all times. A key for your room will also be provided for your own peace of mind.
We are situated in an area that is close to transit. About 15-20 minutes to Marine Drive Canada Line Station. There is also a bus that directly goes to Downtown from near our residence.
