This is a very special place to live! Your bedroom is very large with a forest view and in a quiet location. You have a private bathroom as well. The room has a queen sized bed and full sized couch a little bit like your own apartment! The main house is peaceful, quiet and very clean. You are welcome to use the kitchen anytime. There is a bus stop out front of the house and it take 25mins to get downtown. The room is available to a single person for $1150/mnth or to a couple or two friends for $1650/mnth including all utilities and internet. You will love all of the nature and trails that surround the neighbourhood and be in the best part of Vancouver! If you like to ski or snowboard Grouse Mountain is just a few minutes away.
