It's a place where you can definitely feel the downtown advantages.
You can use the gym, sauna, and hot tub.
It is conveniently used because it is in the washing machine and dryer unit.
Monthly laundry detergent, tissues provided.
Hydro, Internet included
Rent (including Internet + Hydro)
I have a key depot.
The unit is neat. (I'm taking turns cleaning the bathroom every week.)
No smoking/cannabis/partying/pets/drinking in the building.
I prefer those who have lived with room mates in Canada, and those who know the basic share rules well.
