Rent: $590 (utilities and internet included)
Deposit: half of monthly rent

Location: Stranthcona, 1 block away to Chinatown. 10-15 min walk to Downtown. Right on bike route. Convenient walk to grocery stores, restaurants, transit (skytrain and bus).

Facility: coin laundry, bike room, shared washroom and showers, shared kitchen

We are looking for a female renter who are CLEAN, respectful, quiet, non-smoker, mature, able to tidy up themselves after use of shared facilities and willing to be part of our International family. English is our main language.
