This is a comfortable, clean and friendly house and we are currently looking for a Female roommate (student or working holiday person) who is respectful, responsible and clean.

located pretty close (1 minute walking distance) to Metro town Sky train station, popular Metropolis shopping mall, Burnaby Public library, recreation/sport Centre, main bus loop and lots of cafés, restaurants, shops.

Rent: $680 + half damage deposit
No smoke, No pets, No parties
No takeover
Minimum stay 3 months
