バンクーバーにあるシェアハウス4898 Joyce St。
絶対にここだけは避けてください。
理由はキムというBBAオーナーにあります。
・朝9時ぐらい〜夜0時過ぎまで家にて、夜中なのに大音量でリビングで動画を見る
・とにかく汚い。風呂もトイレも食器も。
そして自分の部屋は自分で掃除するとしても、トイレなどを掃除したら理不尽に怒られ、キムが「私がするから勝手にするな」と言われるが、掃除しているところを見た事は一度もない。
・キムの英語はほとんど間違っていて、こちらが簡単な英語を使っても通じない。意思の疎通ができない。
・日中学校などで自分の部屋をロックしても、キムが勝手に部屋を入ってくる。「内見の人の為とはいえ、勝手に入ってくるのは違法」
・冷蔵庫もみんなで共用するけど、狭すぎる
・人の料理や買ってきた食材などに文句を言う
・掲示板には1ヶ月$750と書いてあるのに、月の途中で入ったら翌月の1日までは1日$40宿泊となり、ぼったくられる。
など他にも様々ありますが、とにかくこの家は絶対に来ないで下さい。
9割の人は1ヶ月で出て行きますし、家に帰りたくなくなります。
そして毎日ストレスの嵐です。

昔ここに住んでましたが、本当にひどかった
料理もまともにさせてくれない。冷蔵庫も使う場所はペットボトル一本分。1.5ℓの水とかは冷やしたら怒られる。冷蔵庫が使えないから毎日パスタかウーバーイーツ、外食。
パスタ作るときも、20分そのまま放置してろ！と怒られ。すっごい伸びた太い美味しくないパスタになります。熱出て学校休んで寝込んでるときも、許可なく内見者連れてくる。勝手に人の部屋を開ける。家賃払ってるんだからせめて許可を得てからにして！と言っても、お前の部屋じゃない。私の部屋だ。と怒鳴られる。
