Room rental in Vancouver (for 1 month only)

If you are someone who is looking to rent a place for 1 month only (month of December), we have a furnished room available. This is great for someone who just moved to Vancouver, who might want to check the area out before looking for something more permanent.

Available on December 1st, 2024 (we can rent out up until January 10th only)

Location: Vancouver, B.C. near Trout Lake Area.

Trout Lake Community centre offers different programs and includes a full fitness centre.

Very convenient location, bus and Skytrain station are nearby.

Easy access to downtown Vancouver, as well easy access to UBC.
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all nearby.

Monthly rental fee: CAD 1000

Security deposit of $ 500 will be required to hold the room rental (this will be returned to you after you leave and all is in good order).

Includes:
Share kitchen, share bathroom is currently with 1 person only, WIFI, electricity, hot water and use of laundry room.

Room is private and is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk and chair.

The room rental is ideal for a new comer to Vancouver or someone with minimal belongings, like a student, visitor or temporary worker.
