We are renting out 2 spacious rooms on the 1st floor of the house, a powder bathroom, and a mini kitchen (includes a rice cooker, microwave, mini stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, etc.) for a total of $2000! Suitable for 2 people! (only women please!)

Welcome those who can keep their personal and shared spaces clean, follow house rules, and live with mutual consideration.

The location is a 5-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk from Holdom Station, which is on the Millennium Line, making it convenient to travel to Commercial Broadway, Brentwood, and Lougheed. There is also an express bus to downtown, allowing for a trip within 30 minutes without transfers.

Included: Furniture (bed, desk, chair, closet, trash can), kitchen supplies (rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, oven, dishes, cups, pots, frying pans, etc.), cleaning supplies, trash bags, internet, water, and a washing machine and dryer in the house (all free!).

Deposit: Half a month’s rent.
Utilities: Free.

House advantages: Spacious private rooms, ample storage space, and guaranteed privacy; clean and hygienic furniture; a separate entrance to the laundry room for convenience; and a quiet, safe neighborhood with no homelessness.

Bathroom: Private use of the powder room; shower room shared with roommates.

House rules: Cleaning of shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) will be done weekly on a rotation basis. Guests can be invited with the roommates' consent, but overnight stays are prohibited.

We kindly decline anyone with pets, who smoke tobacco or marijuana, or enjoys parties.
