月付きの支払いは２００ドルぐらい。マシなサイズの庭。割と大きな家。２台置けるガレージ付き。プラス光熱費その他。人口１０００人ぐらいの村、カルガリー市迄２時間ちょい。小都市迄３０分から１時間くらい。家の状態は良好。仕事も近くに在る。貴方なら買いますか？自分の家の近く。

海に近い所の家でも４４万
