月付きの支払いは２００ドルぐらい。マシなサイズの庭。割と大きな家。２台置けるガレージ付き。プラス光熱費その他。人口１０００人ぐらいの村、カルガリー市迄２時間ちょい。小都市迄３０分から１時間くらい。家の状態は良好。仕事も近くに在る。貴方なら買いますか？自分の家の近く。

何時の時の個人の感想か知らんけど。。。

For those outside Calgary, the city is all about the Stampede. But true Calgarians know the city’s got so much more to offer! There’s a huge amount of natural beauty in this city surrounded by water, mountains and prairie. The many natural surroundings also give tons of entertainment options, especially for the outdoorsy set. On top of that, Calgary’s a growing business hub, with the highest number of millionaires in the entire country, most of whom made their bank by drilling black gold. Despite its wealth and business acumen, Calgary still manages to maintain a small-town feel. Life is about business and pleasure, hard work and fun, and natural and urban. All of this is probably why Calgary was again declared the fifth most livable city in the world in 2017 – a title it’s held for eight years and counting.

オーロラも時々見られるかも動物も時々見られると思う。何より安い。
近くに大河も有るので水遊び可能。

How long do you have to live in a house to avoid capital gains in Canada?

The CRA does not designate a specific number of days you have to live in a property before it qualifies as a principal residence in any given year. You don't have to live in the residence full-time.Jan 28, 2023
