Casual Japanese to English Language Exchange

Good evening!
I'm looking for a casual Japanese Language Exchange partner.
Gender and age does not matter, although because I'm male, I prefer to speak with a Japanese male but female is OK too.
Email exchange first is preferred to get a base understanding of each other's goals before perhaps meeting in a public setting such as a cafe or a community center for safety reasons.
My schedule is quite limited but I am aiming to make time. Hoping to find one to two reliable exchange partners.
