Yes I've tried matching apps, it's not a very good way to meet people. Why offer cash if you’re looking for a serious relationship…. ? It sounds like offering an escort. You’d rather start getting to know a person first and go for a dinner mutually after? I don’t think any normal female would go for a night out for just $100 with a total stranger. We don’t even know you to get excited for dinner date. Looks aren’t that important. It’s the connection but again, you’re offering money. It’s just risky and dangerous.

So you basically need someone who can stand your presence only if cash is involved, but somehow expects emotional connection? Where did you get this idea? I suggest you touch grass and talk to real people (not romantically) to get your mental state straight.
