Tangerineで１２月４日から４月３０日まで5.50%/6.00%のプロモーション金利を受けている方で、最近以下のようなメールを受け取った方にお聞きします。
Subject: A special 5.75% Savings rate* is coming soon
Body（一部）:
We'll email you the details when you can 'Activate' your offer to earn an exclusive rate of 5.75% interest.
Remember, keep your new deposits in place – and you can always add more until July 31, 2024.
Promotional Interest over the sum of end-of-day balances in all Applicable Accounts per Applicable Account Type as at December 4, 2023, to a maximum of $1,000,000 per Applicable Account Type.
12月4日からの新しい入金に対してプロモーションが継続される内容ですが、今のプロモーションが終わる本日４月３０日になってもActivateの案内のEメールは送られてきません。
プロモーションが継続されるのなら残したいと思って待っていましたが、もう本日が最終日なのでそろそろ見切らなければなりません。Tangerineの普段の金利は0.7%と酷いので。
どなたか、Activateの案内のEメールを受け取った方はいますか？”We'll email you the details when you can 'Activate' your offer”とあるので明日5月1日までは待ってみようと思います。

そうなんですが、今回のは上記の通り12月からのデポジットがそのまま継続される内容なので、移動させる必要がないのですよね。であれば向こうからしたら早く連絡して移動させないようにしたいだろうし、こちらとしても早く確認して移動の手間を省きたい、と思った次第です。

Tangerineに聞いたら回答が来ました。お金を移動しなくてよかったです。

You will receive an activation email on May 2nd to opt-in to the promotional rate offer. The last day to activate the offer is May 31st, 2024. The promotional rate will be effective from May 1, 2024 as long as the offer is activated by May 31, 2024.

トピ本文に記載のようなメールが１週間ほど前に来ました。実際のオファーのメールが明日来るみたいです。

先ほどTangerineのInsightsを確認したらオファーが来ていました。Eメールは来ていません。信じてお金を移動しなくて済んで良かったです。

カスタマーサポートに電話して、オファーが来なかったから資金を引き上げたい（オンラインだと限度額があるけど電話だとまとめて移動できるので）って言うと、4-5%位のオファーがもらえることがあるみたいですよ。
